1. Deposit & Damage Policy

1.1 Deposit Payment

Deposits can be paid via credit card authorization (hold) or PayPal. The deposit amount is charged per item (see the rental rate table on this page).

1.2 Deposit Refund

After all items are returned and confirmed to be in good condition, deposits will be refunded or released within 3 business days.

1.3 Damage & Replacement Fees

Lost / damaged headphone $80–$120 per unit
Lost / damaged transmitter $150–$200 per unit
Power or audio cables $10–$30 each
Earpads / small accessories $5–$10 each

Please inspect your package upon delivery. Any visible shipping damage must be reported on the same day of receipt with clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.

2. Rental Process & Shipping

2.1 Service Area

Venucast currently serves the mainland United States, excluding Las Vegas, NV.

2.2 Shipping Method

Equipment ships via UPS or FedEx with round-trip delivery. A prepaid return label is included for easy return shipping.

2.3 Order Lead Time

Please place your rental order at least 30 days in advance of your event.

2.4 Rental Period Start

Your rental period begins on the day the equipment is delivered.

2.5 Return Requirement

All equipment must be shipped back on the day after the rental period ends.

2.6 Overdue Returns

Late returns incur daily rental charges until scanned in by the carrier.

3. Customer Responsibility & Terms of Use

3.1 Ownership

All equipment remains the property of Venucast. Customers are granted temporary usage rights only during the rental period.

3.2 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of all equipment. Loss, theft, or damage will incur additional charges based on the fee schedule.

3.3 Prohibited Actions

  • Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair equipment.
  • Do not use equipment for illegal or disturbance-related activities.
  • Avoid exposure to heat, moisture, or liquids.

3.4 Technical Support

  • 24/7 email technical support is available.
  • Remote assistance during events can be arranged if needed.

3.5 Force Majeure

Venucast is not liable for delays or issues caused by events outside of its control, including severe weather, shipping delays, strikes, and natural disasters.

4. Buy-Out Option

Customers may purchase the rental equipment at the following depreciation rates:

≤ 7 days 90% of retail price
8–30 days 80% of retail price
≥ 30 days 70% of retail price

5. Disclaimer

  1. Venucast is not responsible for hearing issues, noise complaints, or third-party disputes related to equipment use.
  2. Customers must comply with all applicable laws, event permits, and venue regulations.
  3. Placing a rental order constitutes full agreement with this Rental Policy.

Quantity Discounts 10–20% off for large-volume events.
Long-Term Rental Custom quotes available for rentals over 15 days.
Insurance Option Add-on coverage (10% of rental value) for minor damage protection.
