1. Booking & Rental

How early should I book?

Please book at least 30 days in advance to secure availability and ensure on-time delivery.

Do you rent outside the United States?

No, service is limited to the mainland U.S., excluding Las Vegas, NV.

When does the rental period start?

Your rental period begins on the day your equipment is delivered.

When must the equipment be returned?

All equipment must be shipped back on the day after the rental period ends.

What if the equipment is returned late?

Late returns incur additional daily rental charges.

2. Deposit & Payments

How is the deposit paid?

Deposits can be paid via credit card authorization (hold) or PayPal. Deposits are charged per item.

When will my deposit be refunded?

Deposits are released or refunded within 3 business days after all items are returned in good condition.

3. Damage, Loss & Replacements

What happens if something is damaged or missing?

You will be charged according to the replacement value list:

Power / audio cables $10–$30
Earpads / small accessories $5–$10

What if the package arrives damaged?

Please report any shipping damage on the same day of delivery with photos.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Can I cancel my rental?

Yes. Refunds are issued based on this schedule:

3–6 days before rental date 50% refund
1–2 days before rental date No refund (may reschedule once for free)

5. Shipping

How is the equipment shipped?

Equipment is shipped via UPS or FedEx with round-trip delivery. A prepaid return label is included.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

No — the prepaid return label covers all return shipping.

6. Technical Support

Do you offer support during events?

Yes. We offer 24/7 email support. Remote assistance can also be arranged if needed.

7. Buy-Out Option

Can I purchase the equipment after renting?

You may purchase your rental equipment at the following rates:

8–30 days 80% of retail price
≥ 30 days 70% of retail price

8. Terms of Use & Responsibility

Who is responsible for the equipment?

You are responsible for all equipment during the rental period.

Are there any usage restrictions?

  • Do not disassemble or modify equipment.
  • Do not use equipment for illegal or disturbance-related events.
  • Avoid exposing equipment to heat, moisture, or liquids.
