Refund & Return Policy

1. Standard Purchases (Sale Items)

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@venucast.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at support@venucast.com.

2. Rental Products

Rental items are provided for a specific rental period. This section explains cancellations, returns, and refunds for rental products.

Cancellation & Refund

Refunds for cancellations are issued based on the time before the rental start date:

7+ days before rental date 100% full refund
3–6 days before rental date 50% refund
1–2 days before rental date No refund (may reschedule once for free)

Deposit Refund

Deposits are charged per item. After all rented items are returned and inspected in good condition, the deposit will be released or refunded within 3 business days.

Early Returns

Each shipment includes a return shipping label for the scheduled return date. If you wish to return items early, contact us at support@venucast.com to confirm the return process. Items must be returned clean, undamaged, and with all original accessories. Charges may apply for missing or damaged items.

Damages and Issues

Inspect rental items upon receipt. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may provide a replacement or adjust your rental charges accordingly.

General Notes

  • ▪ Refunds for cancellations or early returns will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • ▪ Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or PayPal.
  • ▪ Any additional fees due to loss or damage will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately according to the Rental Policy and damage fee schedule.
