Venucast 60-Day CALP Demo Kit Trial Terms

These Trial Terms (“Terms”) apply to the Venucast CALP — Church Assistive Listening Program demo kit (“Demo Kit”) provided by Venucast, operated by Avantree Corporation, to approved churches and places of worship (“Customer”, “you”).

By submitting a Demo Kit application and selecting the checkbox indicating your agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Trial Purpose

The Demo Kit is provided solely for evaluation and testing within your church or place of worship. It is loaned equipment, not a free product.

2. Trial Period

The trial period is 60 days, starting from the date the Demo Kit is delivered.

3. Demo Kit Contents

The Demo Kit may include Oasis Aura, AuraClip, Aria Aura, and related accessories needed for basic testing. Final kit contents may vary based on availability and approved use case.

4. Ownership

The Demo Kit remains the property of Venucast / Avantree at all times during the trial.

5. Use & Care

You agree to use the Demo Kit responsibly and only for evaluation purposes. The Demo Kit may not be resold, rented, transferred, or used outside the approved trial location.

6. Photo Requirement

Within 21 days of receiving the Demo Kit, you agree to share one photo of your trial setup or installation environment. This helps us confirm setup status and provide better support.

7. Location Listing

By participating in CALP, you may be eligible to be listed on hearfinder.com and venucast.com as a participating assistive listening location, subject to confirmation and approval.

8. Return

If the Demo Kit is not a good fit, you may return it at any time within the 60-day trial period. Return instructions will be provided upon request.

9. Non-Return

If the Demo Kit is not returned or purchased by the end of the 60-day trial period, Venucast reserves the right to invoice the full retail value of the Demo Kit.

10. End-of-Trial Options

At the end of the trial, you may choose to keep the Demo Kit, upgrade to a fuller Venucast assistive listening system, or return the Demo Kit if it is not the right fit.

11. Shipping

A valid physical street address is required for delivery. Venucast does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

12. Program Changes

Venucast reserves the right to approve or decline applications and to modify or discontinue the CALP Demo Kit Program at any time.
