Venucast 90-Day Demo Kit Trial Terms

These Trial Terms (“Terms”) apply to the Venucast / Auracast™ Venue Program demo kits (“Demo Kit”) provided by Venucast (operated by Avantree Corporation) to approved venues (“Customer”, “you”).

By submitting a Demo Kit application and selecting the checkbox indicating your agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Trial Purpose

The Demo Kit is provided solely for evaluation and testing within your venue. It is loaned equipment, not a free product.

2. Trial Period

The trial period is 90 days, starting from the date the Demo Kit is delivered.

3. Ownership

The Demo Kit remains the property of Venucast / Avantree at all times during the trial.

4. Use & Care

You agree to use the Demo Kit responsibly and only for evaluation purposes. The Demo Kit may not be resold, rented, or transferred.

5. Return

If the system is not a good fit, you may return the Demo Kit at any time within the 90-day trial period. Return instructions will be provided upon request.

6. Non-Return

If the Demo Kit is not returned or purchased by the end of the 90-day trial period, Venucast reserves the right to invoice the full retail value of the Demo Kit.

7. Purchase Options

At the end of the trial, you may choose to purchase the Demo Kit or upgrade to another Venucast system.

8. Shipping

A valid physical street address is required for delivery. Venucast does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

9. Program Changes

Venucast reserves the right to approve applications and modify or discontinue the Demo Program at any time.
