What is included in this bundle?

The bundle includes 20 AudiTour open-ear receiver headphones, 20 lanyards, one 20-slot charging dock and one power adapter. An AudiTour transmitter is not included.

Can these receivers work on their own?

No. These are add-on receivers and require an AudiTour transmitter to operate. The transmitter is sold separately.

How do I charge the receivers?

Charge all 20 receivers together with the included 20-slot charging dock and power adapter. Individual receivers can also be charged through USB Type-C using compatible cables supplied separately.

Are these receivers Bluetooth or Auracast compatible?

No. They use AudiTour's dedicated 2.4GHz wireless connection and are designed to work only with an AudiTour transmitter.
