SIMPLE SETUP
Follow your kit’s setup guide, then test the audio with a listening device before guests arrive.
It is a complete listening system that uses a dedicated 2.4 GHz, UHF or infrared connection between its transmitter and compatible receiving devices.
Choose by your audio source, listener count and setting. Consider Shift Pro for switching audio sources, Audiplex for clip-on receivers, Quartet 2 or G900 for group headphones, UT90 for events, AudiTour for guided groups and R500 for indoor infrared listening.
These systems do not transmit Auracast, so personal Auracast hearing aids and earbuds cannot join directly. Some receivers support suitable wired headphones or earbuds; check the receiver’s output before choosing.
Not automatically. Sharing the same frequency does not make transmitters and receivers compatible. Use only devices confirmed for your particular product family. UHF, infrared and Auracast devices are not interchangeable with these dedicated 2.4 GHz systems.
Many models can scale with compatible add-on devices, but the supported type and maximum quantity are model-specific. Check the product page before expanding.
Many kits connect to a TV, computer, mixer or other audio source. Inputs differ by model, so match the source output to the transmitter input before ordering. For guided tours, check the microphone options; for infrared systems, plan transmitter placement and line of sight.
