Common questions

What to know before setting up.

Does each exhibit need its own Oasis Aura?

Each independent audio program needs its own transmitter. Exhibits sharing the same program may use the same broadcast when the layout and coverage allow it.

How many Aria Aura T headphones can listen?

Auracast is designed for one-to-many broadcasting. Add venue-provided headphones according to the number of visitors expected to listen at the same time.

Does picking up the headset automatically start the exhibit?

No. The headset receives the exhibit audio broadcast; playback behavior is controlled by the connected exhibit media source.

Can visitors choose their own volume?

Yes. Each visitor controls the listening volume on their Aria Aura T headphones.

Can we add more headphones later?

Yes. Additional compatible Auracast listeners can be added without replacing the Oasis Aura transmitter.

What should we confirm before purchase?

Confirm the audio output, power location, number of independent programs, and expected simultaneous listeners for every exhibit.
