Questions to answer before installation.

Will members need to pair again when they change treadmills?

Not in the traditional Bluetooth sense. With a planned Auracast setup, a member selects the broadcast assigned to the next station or TV. The exact selection steps depend on the member’s hearing aid, earbuds or companion app.

Does Voyager HA work with every hearing aid?

No. The hearing aid must explicitly support Auracast. Confirm the exact hearing-aid model and current firmware before relying on direct connection.

How many transmitters does a gym need?

Plan by independent audio source. A multi-TV wall usually needs a separate transmitter feed for each TV channel members need to select. One broadcast can serve multiple listeners.

Can Voyager HA connect to any treadmill or cardio machine?

It requires a compatible 3.5 mm audio output. Some equipment has a headphone jack, some routes audio differently and some offers no usable output, so inspect the exact machine model first.

Can members use their own earbuds?

They can use earbuds or headphones that support receiving Auracast broadcasts. Ordinary Bluetooth-only earbuds cannot join an Auracast broadcast without a compatible receiver.

How should multiple gym channels be labeled?

Use short, visible names that match the screen or station, such as “Cardio TV 1” and “Cardio TV 2.” Confirm that the selected listening devices display or announce the names clearly.

Can this also support a group fitness class?

Potentially. The instructor microphone, music source and mixer path must be defined first. An expert should review whether the desired mix, latency and room coverage match the class format.
