Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates start after dispatch; order processing time is not included.

Important shipping details

Availability varies by product and region

Not every product is stocked in every warehouse. Where an eligible local warehouse has stock, we generally ship locally. If it does not and an international warehouse can fulfil the order, the international shipping estimate applies. Your checkout address and product availability determine the final option.

Address restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or military addresses. Please use a physical street address.

Holidays and peak periods

Major holidays and periods of high order volume may cause minor dispatch or delivery delays.

Tracking

Most orders include a tracking number, emailed after dispatch. Small, lightweight and low-value accessories may ship without tracking, depending on the shipping method.

Shipping cost

Most orders qualify for free standard shipping. In rare cases, a heavy item shipped internationally may require an additional fee. If so, we will contact you for confirmation before shipment.
