Using a T-Coil neckloop?
  1. Connect a compatible 3.5mm neckloop.
  2. Set your hearing aids to T / telecoil.

T / telecoil may need to be enabled by your hearing care professional. Contact them if it is unavailable or you’re unsure.

2 Slide the power switch on

✓ The screen lights and broadcast names appear.

3 Select your broadcast

Press Up / Down until the broadcast name turns green, then press ENTER.

4 Adjust Volume + / −

With venue audio playing, press or hold. Start low.

  • While listening: Keep AuraView with you. The display sleeps after about 30 seconds; audio can continue.
  • When finished: Slide the switch OFF; the screen turns off.
  • Charge for next time.

Switch broadcasts

  1. If the screen is asleep, press any button once to wake it.
  2. Press Up / Down to select the broadcast you want. Its name turns green.
  3. Press ENTER to join the selected broadcast.

Connected: green check mark ✔ beside the broadcast name. Listen to confirm the correct program.

Charge AuraView

One receiver · USB-C cable
  1. Plug a USB-C cable into AuraView.
  2. Connect it to a 5V USB charger (500mA–2A).
  • Charging: A charging symbol appears. With AuraView on, the battery area turns green.
  • Full, with AuraView on: The charging symbol disappears; the battery display returns to white on black.

Receiver on: Plugging in restarts AuraView. Recheck your broadcast.
Receiver off: The charging screen sleeps after about 30 seconds.

Not charging? Reconnect the cable, or try another cable and 5V charger. Still need help?

4-Pack / 10-Pack · Charging dock
  1. Connect the dock’s supplied power cable and power source.
  2. Switch the dock ON.
  3. Place each AuraView fully into a slot.
  • Red light on: Charging.
  • Red light off: Full, if the dock is powered and AuraView is still seated. Remove AuraView and check its battery display.

Not charging? Check dock power, reseat AuraView, then try another slot or USB-C charging. Still need help?

All red lights turn on for about one second at startup. Removing a receiver turns its slot light off; switching the dock off turns all lights off. A dark slot alone does not confirm a full battery.

Staff · Prepare several receivers
  1. Charge every AuraView.
  2. Turn on the transmitter and play audio.
  3. Join the same broadcast on each receiver.
  4. Plug in an earphone and test every receiver.

Ready: Every receiver plays the correct program at a comfortable volume.

  • One fails: Check its broadcast, plug and battery.
  • All fail: Check the transmitter and source audio.

Fix a problem

No broadcast names appear
  1. Check that the transmitter is on.
  2. Wait 3–5 seconds for the next scan.
  3. Move AuraView closer to the transmitter.
Connection failed
  1. Select the required broadcast again and press ENTER.
  2. If it still fails, connect to another broadcast, then return to the required one.
The screen says “Encrypted”

AuraView cannot connect to encrypted broadcasts.

A button press does nothing

If the screen is asleep, the first press only wakes it. Once the screen lights, press again to operate the button.

The battery icon is red

The battery is below 20%. Connect a charging cable or place AuraView in the charging dock soon.
