What the church reported

The church rated range and sound clarity “Very good,” while ease of use and usefulness were both rated “Okay.” This reflects a mixed early experience: positive audio performance, with a more moderate assessment of day-to-day use and overall usefulness.

A positive direct-listening experience

One attendee updated his hearing-aid firmware and connects through his hearing-aid app. The church reports that he “loves it.” Another attendee borrows a receiver pack and uses headphones; feedback on that listening experience has not yet been collected.

Helping more people get connected

At the time of submission, the church knew of two people using the system. It noted that hearing-aid compatibility and firmware limited direct access for others. Receiver packs offer another route to listening for people without compatible hearing aids.
